Please be aware that the items you are purchasing are made of glass. Therefore they cannot take the abuse that metal, plastic or stone can. Glass is breakable, and will break if mistreated. Items with smaller attachments are more succeptable to breakage than other items like marbles. If an item is found to be defective due to workmanship I will repair or replace that item. Please contact me first before sending in an item to be repaired. I do travel a lot, and I don't want your package sitting outside for a week waiting for me to get home. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee my products against breakage in the event of abuse, carelessness, or misuse of the item. However, if something does break, please contact me and we can discuss it. Return Policy I accept returns on items only if the item you purchased is not the item you received. Please be aware that even though I have made every effort to accurately represent the colors of the items I sell, the limitations of computers and cameras mean that sometimes the color in the actual piece may not be exactly the same color as on the computer screen. Also, please be aware that my photos are taken using incandescent lights. Natural light (sunlight) or fluorescent lights will sometimes make the colors appear differently. Basically, what that means is don't buy something because you think the color will match your favorite dress perfectly. Shipping Policy Items are shipped within 2 business days of when the item is purchased. I try to do it within one day, but that is not always possible. I will be glad to combine shipping on multiple items shipped to the same address. Please contact me for more information. I ship items via USPS Insured mail or via UPS at my discretion. If you have a certain shipping method that you would prefer I use, please let me know that before you purchase from me so I can make sure that it will work. I will ship to anywhere in the world. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other charges associated with shipping your items to you. Please do not ask me to declare a value lower than the amount you paid, or to declare the item as a gift. It is illegal, and if the item is lost/damaged, you won't get all your money refunded to you.
